Dean Frew

President and CEO

Mr. Frew founded Xterprise in 2002, leading the company from its inception to its emergence as a leading enterprise RFID application and solutions company.   Under his leadership, the company has developed the Clarity Application Framework,  which  supports inventory and asset management process innovation with line-of-business applications,  targeting markets where RFID technology can drive significant value. 
Prior to founding Xterprise, Mr. Frew held executive positions at several supply chain software and RFID solution companies.  He served as Vice President of Customer Solutions and Operations at GlobeRanger, an RFID edgeware firm, and as Vice President of eLogistics at FPIX, a business-to-business exchange. During a 15-year career with Texas Instruments, Mr. Frew served in a number of management positions, including General Manager of Advanced Logistics and RFID-enhanced supply chain systems, and Director of Technology Programs, where he identified and lead the 1995 acquisition of Savi by Texas Instruments.

Mr. Frew is an avid speaker featured at many national and international Supply Chain, Asset Management and RFID Technology events.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University and Master of Science degree in Industrial Systems from Virginia Tech.  He also holds multiple patents in electronic packaging and has patents pending in the area of RFID based inventory and asset solutions.

Clint Tennill

Vice President, Architecture

Clint Tennill is responsible for leading all technology development for external and internal systems, tools and applications. He is experienced at leading domestic and offshore development teams as well as assessing business case technology needs and transforming them into delivered solutions. Mr. Tennill’s background also includes extensive experience in a wide range of platforms, protocols, technologies, tools and business case analysis.

Prior to Xterprise Mr.Tennill held technology management, development and engineering positions with Emergisoft, SeceneScape, MobileSteam and Ericsson. He has a Master of Science degree in computer science from The University of Texas and a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from The University of Kansas.

Brian Bezdek

Board of Directors - Finance

Mr. Bezdek serves on our Board of Directors and advises on finance, accounting, treasury and corporate matters.  Brian previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Xterprise and has more than 15 years of progressive financial and operational executive management experience in high-growth software and technology environments with extensive experience in both publicly traded and privately held organizations.

Brian currently serves in a consulting and an executive finance capacity for companies in the software industry  and has served as Chief Financial Officer of TigerLogic Corporation (formerly Raining Data), a publicly traded data management and infrastructure software company and as Vice President of Finance for Activision, Inc., an industry leading worldwide publisher, developer and distributor of video game software and interactive entertainment products.  Prior to joining Xterprise, Mr. Bezdek served as Chief Financial Officer for Equicare Capital, Inc., a healthcare financial services firm and Argyle Solutions, Inc., a technology focused revenue cycle management organization. He began his career in the Audit and Assurance practice of Arthur Andersen, LLP.

Mr. Bezdek holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University, is a Masters of Business Administration candidate at the Kellogg School of  Management, Northwestern University and is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Treasury Professional.
