Data Collection and Use
Any personal information provided by you to Xterprise through this web site will be used for the purpose of providing you with the services you have requested at this web site, to update and enhance Xterprise's records and to contact you (via email, telephone, or fax) regarding other products and services which may be of interest to you. Xterprise may use the information it collects through its web site in improving the design and marketing of our range of services and related products for customer use.
We also may collect information relating to the way you use our web site (using your IP address or a “cookie”), such as what pages you visit or what information you search for and information such as your browser type. However, this data is not associated with your personal information. Instead, we use this anonymous data to operate our web site and statistically to improve our web site, for example by identifying which parts of our web site especially interest users as a group.
“Cookies” are small pieces of information stored on your hard drive, not on our web site. Cookies allow us to better understand how our customers use our web site, which in turn helps us focus our resources on features that are most popular with our customers. You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits, but in that case, some portions of our web site may not operate properly. An “IP address” is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. In some cases your IP address stays the same from browser session to browser session; but if you use a consumer internet access provider, your IP address probably varies from session to session.
Sharing Personal information
Xterprise uses third parties (including contractors and service providers) to help with certain aspects of its operations, which may require disclosure of your personal information to them. For example, Xterprise may use a third party to communicate with you (via telephone, email, or letter) about our products or services, to send information to you, to process and collect payment via your credit card (if applicable), and to perform other work that we may need to outsource. Xterprise requires these contractors and third parties to use your personal information only as necessary to perform the services they are asked to perform.
We may also share anonymous data concerning our users in the aggregate with business partners and others interested in how our web site is used. We do not disclose this anonymous data in any form that could identify you.
If you wish to access or wish to ask for correction or deletion of any of your personal information held by us, please contact email@example.com. We will use our commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill your request in a timely manner. However, even if Xterprise deletes such personal information from its ‘live’ database, it may still be stored on other databases (including those kept for archival purposes).
Your privacy is very important to us. Due to factors beyond our control, however, we cannot fully ensure that your personal information will not be disclosed to other third parties. For example, we may be legally required to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications.
