Xterprise is led by an experienced team of Supply Chain operations, RFID technology and Software Sales and Marketing professionals who, have pioneered, tested and deployed a wide range of proven, profitable RFID solutions for a spectrum of organizations, from small rapidly growing firms to some of the largest enterprises in the world.
Dean Frew
President and CEO
Under Mr. Frew's leadership, Xterprise has emerged as a leading enterprise RFID application company and the worldwide leading reseller of Microsoft BizTalk RFID framework. The company has recently expanded its product portfolio to include IT asset management and in-store retail systems, adding to the industry leading reusable transport item and advanced supply chain management applications.
Mr. Frew is an avid speaker and can be heard at many national and international Supply Chain, Asset Management and RFID Technology events. He often accompanies Microsoft and other key partners on stage, speaking at industry events, giving the unique Xterprise perspective on the market and use of the technology to drive business transformation. Mr. Frew is frequently quoted by the press and regularly appears in print articles on RFID applications and solutions.
Prior to founding Xterprise, Mr. Frew was an executive for several supply chain software and RFID solution companies. He served as Vice President of Customer Solutions and Operations at GlobeRanger, an RFID edgeware firm, and as Vice President of eLogistics at FPIX, a business-to-business exchange. During a 15-year career with Texas Instruments, Mr. Frew served in a number of management positions, including General Manager of Advanced Logistics and RFID-enhanced supply chain systems, and Director of Technology Programs, where he identified and lead the acquisition of Savi by TI in 1995.
Mr. Frew has a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University and Masters of Science in Industrial Systems from Virginia Tech. He also holds multiple patents in electronic packaging and has multiple patents pending in the area of RFID based supply chain solutions.
Dean and his wife, Shelley and their four children reside in McKinney, Texas.

Doug Wallace
Chief Operating Officer
Doug Wallace is responsible for leading all delivery and sales operations. Mr. Wallace comes to Xterprise from Fujitsu Transaction Solutions (FTXS), the industry leading retail systems company, where he most recently held the position of Senior Vice President of Sales and Client Management.
He also held the positions of Senior Vice President of Client Operations at FTXS and Vice President of Managed Services. During his leadership the company grew market share by more than 50% capturing and delivering some of the largest retail point-of-sale and self-checkout solutions awarded during that period.
Previous to FTXS, Mr. Wallace held various sales and operations positions at ICL. Doug has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Nottingham, England.

Richard M. Dupont
Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Richard Dupont brings over 25 years experience to Xterprise, with extensive financial management experience with large, publicly held firms in the IT solutions industry such as Ericsson, Inc. and Murata Business Systems. At Xterprise, Mr. Dupont manages corporate finance, banking relations, and administrative operations.
Prior to joining Xterprise, Mr. Dupont was the CFO for Adea Solutions, Inc., where he successfully directed all financial management, tax planning, and banking relations. He also served as CFO for Kforce and as Vice President of Finance and Administration for Source Services. While with Source Services, he positioned the firm to go public in 1996, successfully directing the IPO process, including selection of investment bankers, coordination of an IPO team, and presentations to potential investors.
Mr. Dupont is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of Texas at Dallas.

Jim Caudill
Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategy
Jim Caudill leads all marketing, product management, alliances and strategic sales consulting activities. Mr. Caudill comes to Xterprise from supply chain planning and execution application company i2 Technologies, Inc. where he held the position of Vice President of Strategic Solutions.
While at i2 he also served as Vice President of Solutions, Strategy and Alliances and worked closely with Microsoft in that capacity. Prior to i2, he was with Yantra Corporation where he led the distribution and logistics vertical. Mr. Caudill holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from The California Polytechnic University.
He is a respected speaker, author and industry thought leader regarding supply chain applications and trends.

Tony DiDaniele
Sr. Vice President of Software Engineering
Tony DiDaniele is responsible for all development activities associated with our Clarity suite of solutions. Prior to joining the Xterprise, Tony served as Vice President of Engineering at NovusEdge, where his scope of responsibilities included all engineering and customer support functions. Prior to NovusEdge, Tony served as Director of Software Engineering, Information Technology and Operations at T-Mobile HotSpot™. He also worked at BearingPoint where he managed large-scale software development projects for the official state of Texas website in the public services central sector practice.
Before joining BearingPoint, Tony spent 3 years at Vignette where his roles included managing partner technology integration, performance engineering and the development of content management and e-commerce products. Tony also spent 18 years at IBM leading teams that focused on operating system development and related product offerings and services. Tony is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of The New York Institute of Technology, where he received a degree in Computer Science.

Clint Tennill
Director of Architecture and Special Projects
Clint Tennill is responsible for leading all technology development for external and internal systems, tools and applications. He is experienced at leading domestic and offshore development teams as well as assessing business case technology needs and transforming them into delivered solutions. Mr. Tennill’s background also includes extensive experience in a wide range of platforms, protocols, technologies, tools and business case analysis.
Prior to Xterprise Mr.Tennill held technology management, development and engineering positions with Emergisoft, SeceneScape, MobileSteam and Ericsson. He has a Master of Science degree in computer science from The University of Texas and a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from The University of Kansas.
