Xterprise today announced the availability of an item-level source tagging and box packing / shipment visibility solution for retail suppliers. The application is part of its Clarity Advanced Retail System (ARS) suite of retail offerings and helps round out its highly acclaimed in-store ARS application by providing assistance to apparel and specialty retail suppliers that are under increasingly stringent requirements to move to item-level source tagging over the next 2 years. Unlike other solutions in the industry, Clarity ARS provides RFID source tagging & serialization, source tagging quality control, item-level ASN creation, shipment verification and seamless integration with existing retail and supply chain enterprise systems to ensure accurate, timely and efficient inventory management across the supply chain. Currently deployed at multiple retail and supplier sites, Xterprise plans to extend the application suite to Sporting Goods, Electronics and Media retailers and suppliers.
